How do I place an Order?

To place an order simply register online and follow the page by page instructions which will assist you to process your order.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is free for all UK orders.

How will I receive my order?

All online orders are sent in the designer offical branded packaging then wrapped in tissue and finished with a luxurious Mode Galleries gift bag. Your order is then carefully checked and packaged in a padded envelope and sent via a Royal mail signed for service.

Where do you deliver?

Mode currently deliver to all UK addresses.

I need a last minute gift, can I receive my item quickly?

Our normal delivery timescale is 2 - 5 days if you have any special requirements please call us on 01556 506988 , we will always try to help.

Returns

I have purchased something but its not suitable, can I exchange it?

Yes, within 14 days, providing the item has not been worn and is in its original condition and packaging.See our returns section for more details.

Can I return earrings?

Unfortunately due to health and hygiene regulations earrings cannot be accepted back for exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Can I return my specially designed bespoke item?

As these items are unique and produced to your own requirements we cannot accept these back for exchange.
