By making an offer of purchase with Mode Galleries online or over the phone you consent for us to use this information. We will not hold your details for longer than is necessary – all information gathered will be destroyed as soon as an appropriate time has elapsed that is reasonable for our order and sale process.

Mode Galleries offers a newsletter by email on an opt-in basis. By providing your email address you consent to be contacted by email. You can request to be removed from this list by emailing ‘remove me from your newsletter’ to orders@modegalleries.co.uk

We will only gather information that is applicable to the customer order process. This can include your name, address, contact number, email address and payment details for the method in which you wish to pay for your item(s) and other relevant data for the order and sales process. This data will only be used to fulfil your order to a completed state – this can include aftersales support.
