All orders are subject to availability and payment authorisation. We do our best to keep our website up to date, however,on very rare occassions a product may be advertised as in stock when it is in fact sold out in store that day. We will contact you immediately if this unlikely event happens and you will receive a full and prompt refund if any payments have been taken.
All orders qualify for free delivery and are sent via a secure Royal Mail signed for service.Please be available to sign for your parcel,you will recieve an email letting you know when your order has been posted.
Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery at busy times,and a little longer over public holidays,although we will usually dispatch parcels much quicker if at all possible. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order is placed and again when your order has been posted.All orders are carefully checked and packaged in a padded envelope.
All online orders are sent in the designers official branded packaging, then wrapped in tissue and finished with a luxurious Mode galleries gift bag.

Mode will accept any item* back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition.
We check and examine all products before securely packing your order, so faults and damage in transit are very unlikely. If you do find your items are damaged please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order – please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01556 506988 and we will be happy to assist you.
To Return an item please email: email@example.com and we will email you our returns form to post back with your parcel.
All goods returned are at the senders expense unless you have contacted us within 3 days to report a damaged/faulty item.
